Resource Planner

Job Type: Full Time
Job Location: OMAN

Duration:  Long term, Work Location: Coastal , OMAN, Working Hours: 9 hours per day, Working Days: 5 days a week, alary:  OMR 1000  – 1200 (Food + Accommodation and Transportation should be taken care by candidate), Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Role:

  • Develop And Implement Resource Planning Strategies To Meet Project Objectives And Deadlines W.R.T Business Plan And Latest Forecast
  • Collaborate With project Engineers To Assess resource Requirements And Allocate Resources Accordingly. Keep Track Of Core And Key Resource And Make Sure All Positions Are Filled In Timely.
  • Update & Analysis Of Resource Matrix Enumerating Requirement V/S Availability.
  • Analysis Of Productivity For Existing Work Types & Also Develop Productivity Norms For New Type Of Works (If Required)
  • Update Manpower Database Whenever Employee Resigns, Then Raise MRF & Track Requirement Of New Employee To Replace Resigned.
  • Keep Track Of New Employees From Joining The Organization, Till They Are Assigned Work At Coast/Site
  • Maintain Resource Allocation Records And Track Resource Utilization Across Projects.
  • Perform Data Analysis/ Mining From The Planning Systems (Workload, Costs, Milestones, Non-Project Activities, Etc)
  • Ensure That Major Equipment Is Delivered To Site On Time, Necessary Approval For ERF Is Done For This Process.
  • Develop & Maintain System To Identify Equipment Requirement Checking Availability From Existing Fleet And If Available Then Allocate To Site Where It Is Required, If Not Available Then Source Through Supply Chain Department From Outside AI.
  • Establish Optimal Resource Allocation To Best Deliver Projects And Utilize Available Resource
  • Ensuring Resource Management Data Is Accurate And Visible To Management Team
  • Reviews And Analysis Of Data To Make Recommendations On The Most Appropriate Resource Levels, Recruitment Levels
  • Liaison With Site Manager/Site Team For Resource Requirement & Availability And Redistribute Excess Resource To Those Clusters Which Are Short Of Such Resource.
  • Liaison With HR Team For Mobilization Of Resource Which Are Shortfall/Not Availability In Site.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 – 10 Years Of Experience.
  • Must have construction Resource Planning On Various Oil & Gas Types Of Projects.
  • Must have 3-5 Years construction Resource Planning Experience In GCC Is Mandatory
