Candidate’s Profile: Master’s university degree in Business Administration, CA, ACCA,ACA, + Minimum 5 years of related experience as Finance Manager in an Industrial Service or Construction company with an annual TO of >500mSAR + Assertive personality + Very good English skills + Strong Analytical skills + Confidential handling of sensitive information + High affinity with ERP systems (ideally SAP FI, CO & SD modules) + Independent and hands-on working style + Very good MS Office skills + Knowledge of Arabic desirable.
Key Focus Areas: Responsibility for Financial Accounting, Treasury, Controlling, Tax & Compliance , Responsibility for Financial Accounting, Treasury, Controlling, Tax & Compliance, Cross-divisional process understanding (HR, Purchase & Inventory), Continuous review & optimization of work procedures for a lean set-up in Finance & Controlling, Enhancement and digitalization of internal Controlling, Regular Compliance Controls, Negotiation of financing concepts to secure and accelerate cash flows with local and international banks,·Introduction of programs to finance Working Capital and optimize Balance Sheet and P&L KPIs (e.g. factoring, supply chain & payables financing, reverse factoring), Negotiation of guarantee and credit lines with Saudi Banks, Debtor’s management: customer negotiations and Preparation of budget and business plans, Presentations on business development and strategy to the Local & Regional Management Board.
